    • Conceptualized, designed, and launched a digital network for women and gender-diverse freelancers providing portfolio hosting, community building, and business resources to increase collective power; grew platform to 200+ beta users across 6 industries.

    • Led day-to-day management and operations of a 5-member team, including overseeing all platform and social media strategy, managing full-stack technical development, and facilitating media and new member outreach and community building.

    • Raised $47,000 in non-dilutive funding from mission-aligned sources, including completing a Kickstarter campaign, winning the Berkeley Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership Pitch Competition, and receiving multiple impact-focused grants.

    • Orchestrated social media and influencer marketing campaigns, scaling member community to 2,500+ in 2 months.
